I have tried just about everything - makeup, supps, fitness equipment, coffee, clothing brands (for normal people and for people who lift), hair products, self-tanning lotions, protein powder, lifting techniques- you name it, I have tried it.
I am listing my absolute favorite products over a variety of topics. With this I will explain why I cannot live without the product and other fun things. Some of these links are affiliate links. This guy is the 6 Meal ISO Bag by Isolator Fitness. I also talk about this product in my video My Meal Prep Accessories, but I will hit the highlights here. This bag is durable and spacious. I am obsessed with compartments, so this bag definitely satisfies my obsession. One thing that I have recently discovered is that I CANNOT WAIT until I get my gain[z] Box in the mail. There are so many things I love about this subscription box, but name a few 1) the price! Since we are on the topic of subscriptions- I have to add HelloFresh to my ride or die list. Before HelloFresh, I had never tried a meal delivery system before. All of 5.11 Tactical Series is my ride or die. I fully exercise our 2nd Amendment Right (and you should too, ask me why!) and with 5.11's tactical gear, I am styling! (But I am also carrying...so watch out!)
If I had to choose a product to be my absolute favorite, it would be the women's holster tank (pictured below). Although it can be a little bulky depending on what you are carrying, it can be useful for easy and quick access. 5.11 Tactical Series has a variety of different products to do not deal with the use or carry of firearms.

LesMills fitness equipment truly holds its value. Although LesMills equipment can be a bit pricey, you are definitely getting what you pay for. LesMills SmartStep is a great addition to my home gym because it is durable and easy to travel with. You can get quite a workout with this one piece of equipment.

1) THE PRICE. If you haven't noticed already, I am all about the price when it comes to products, BUT I am also a firm believer that you get what you pay for...so believe me when I say I was a little sketchy when I ordered my first subscription.

Barbell Apparel jeans for the win! But seriously... I have searched for years in order to find jeans that fit "fit women." Regular jeans just do not cut it. I personally have to get them big enough to go over my thighs and then I suffer from a gap in the back or simply just not fitting around my waist... #liftingproblems
Barbell Apparel has options for the waist and the in-seam. They also have options for shorts if that is an area you struggle with yourself.

Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee is the bee's knees. Not only does Four Sigmatic provide this coffee, but they also provide every. little. detail. Double roasted? Check. Every ingredient? Check. Shout out to all my Keto Dieters. This one is for you. If you have not tried Bulletproof's FAT Water, you are truly missing out on great taste and your much needed fats. This "water" is hydrating especially after a hard workout. It made the ride or die list because of the fats and taste!
There are a couple of items that made the ride or die list from NARS Cosmetics.
It is still summer time and I bet you have a few more places to travel to and a few more people to see so why not look your best and carry less with you. Of course this is for my girls, but can be an incentive for the men as well. Ladies, we like to have everything with us when we travel (I am the world's worst for packing the whole house while telling my husband.... "but what if we need it!?!" and I get the eye roll every time LOL) so why not condense your makeup a little by using the NARSissist JetSetter Eye, Cheek and Lip Palette. Men, you can thank me later!
Last, but not least, the Velvet Matte Skin Tint from NARS made the list because of the light weight formula and the sun protection this product provides while moisturizing the skin. I use this for when I hike in the summer or run outside with the dogs. Because it is light weight, your pores have room the breathe/sweat and it looks flawless on the face, even after a sweaty gym sesh
There are a couple of from ONNIT that I simply cannot live without and this is the reason they have made it to the ride or die list.
New Mood is probably one of the best supplements I have taken. I was a bit skeptical about taking this at first, but once I read through all of ONNIT's research and information about this product (and all of their products) I was overly confident this would work for me. And guess what... It sure does. I first started taking New Mood as part of my daily routine when I was in college and working three jobs . This product helped with my stressful situations, homework overloads, late night papers and time management. Now that I am out of college and have to adult every day, I take this supplement for the same benefits (because being an adult is stressful, too!).
Another product I believe in from ONNIT is their Coconut MCT Oil. I add this stuff to my mushroom coffee every morning because it gives me the extra boost of energy I need to get through the day. This MCT oil also supplies me with the healthy fats I need in order to hit my fat goals (because I am keto). I blend this MCT oil in the blender with my coffee (and a little bit of butter, (just FYI for my keto friends) in order to diminish the oily consistency in my coffee.
